We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and usability of business-critical data. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to analyze data requirements, identify insights, maintain data documentation, and contribute to data strategy and model development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support the development of data strategies.
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and integrity in alignment with governance standards.
- Perform data profiling and validation, resolving anomalies and inconsistencies.
- Analyze the data life cycle and contribute to data model development and data flow design for reporting and analytics.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business glossaries, data dictionaries, and data lineage.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of data tools (e.g., Axon) to improve data management and visibility.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to address data issues and improve overall data usability.

Requirements:
- Experience in the banking domain is required.
- Hands-on experience with NDMO domains and implementation.
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience in data profiling, validation, and resolving data discrepancies.
- Knowledge of data modeling and ability to contribute to data flow design for data warehouse and big data platforms.
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining data documentation (glossaries, dictionaries, lineage, etc.).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data-related tools (e.g., Axon or similar platforms).
- Understanding of data quality best practices and a commitment to maintaining high data integrity.
- Proactive problem-solving skills for timely and effective issue resolution.
- DAMA certification is a plus.
