ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is excited to announce an opportunity for an eStore Officer to join our innovative team. The eStore Officer will play a crucial role in managing both online sales operations and direct customer engagement to drive revenue growth. This role ensures a seamless digital shopping experience while proactively acquiring and managing clients through traditional sales channels.

Core Responsibilities:

    • Manage product listings on the online store (add, update, remove products).
    • Coordinate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and banners.
    • Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and tracking.
    • Provide responsive online customer support via email, chat, or social media.
    • Optimize the user experience (UX) across the eStore for better conversion.
    • Analyze sales performance and report on key KPIs (traffic, conversions, revenue).
    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
    • Follow up on marketing campaigns, emails, and inquiries.
    • Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and track lead progress.
    • Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively.

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in online store management and/or direct sales.
    • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
