Senior Associate - Performance Marketing at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven marketing initiatives across various channels. This role emphasizes the strategic execution of performance marketing campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and ROI enhancement. The Senior Associate will analyze campaign performance metrics, refine strategies, and collaborate with different teams to ensure that marketing efforts effectively align with business objectives while enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and conversion metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the brand messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance existing campaigns and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and marketing automation tools to segment audiences, optimize campaign targeting, and maximize conversions.
  • Manage and oversee paid search campaigns (PPC) on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring their performance meets or exceeds established goals.
  • Analyze customer journeys and behaviors to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the data and analytics team to gather insights and drive data-driven decision-making within marketing strategies.
  • Research competitive trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of budgets for performance marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective spending while driving results.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align marketing strategies with sales and operational objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to key stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and future recommendations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, ideally within the entertainment, tourism, or hospitality sectors.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in performance marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and translating data findings into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles, particularly in driving website traffic and conversions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to marketing initiatives.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively within tight deadlines.
  • General understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices with a continuous learning mindset.

Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
