We invite candidates to attend an in-person interview for the position of Technical Support (Call Center) at e&enterprise. This role involves answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints in an efficient manner.
As part of your responsibilities, you will engage with customers primarily through phone and social media. The working hours comprise 6 days a week, with a flexible schedule that includes morning, evening, and post-midnight shifts. Each shift lasts 7 hours, along with a 1-hour break.
Candidates must possess excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, and must be Saudi nationals.
Required qualifications include a Technical degree in Communications, Information Technology, or any relevant field. The ideal candidate should have substantial knowledge of fiber optics and be capable of addressing customer issues effectively. This is a permanent contract position.
