We integrate various online marketing techniques, such as Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.


We are currently seeking a Social Media Account Manager to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to comprehend our clients' objectives and manage the entire project strategy from inception to completion. By staying abreast of the latest technologies in the field, this individual will be capable of delivering cross-channel results that align with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the complete Account Management process
  • Collaborating with managers to meet account management goals
  • Contributing innovative ideas to enhance the account management operations
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery to meet established commercial and revenue targets from a diverse portfolio of accounts. This role may involve direct oversight of the account management team while working closely with relevant team members to clarify project objectives.
  • Coordinating full client delivery and collaborating with required team members to ensure timely execution of deliverables as per client specifications.
  • Developing client satisfaction surveys and providing strategic insights for the division.
  • Fostering client relationships to secure future business opportunities through regular contact and upselling initiatives.
  • Attending client meetings, both individually and alongside colleagues, to ensure Chain Reaction is recognized for its thought leadership and professionalism.
  • Verifying that all client details are accurately processed for new clients and ensuring they are equipped with all necessary collateral and understand Chain Reaction's services moving forward.
  • Supporting the Accounts Director on a daily basis to uphold department responsibilities and assist with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Marketing, Mass Communication)
  • 5-7 years of experience in an agency environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive and insightful approach
  • Creative mindset with a focus on social media
  • In-depth knowledge of social media best practices

Chain Reaction Team is on the lookout for a Social Media Account Manager in our Dubai office to work on local, regional, and international clients' portfolios.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full Account Management process
  • Work closely with Managers to help achieve account management targets for the team
  • Help generate ideas to improve the account management function of the Division
  • Ensure effective and excellent service delivery within the relevant division to achieve agreed commercial and revenue targets, from a portfolio of accounts. You may be required to have direct responsibility for the Management of the account management team as well as working closely with the relevant team to help them understand relevant projects.
  • Full Client Delivery and coordinating with the necessary team members to ensure deliverables are upon clients’ requests and on time.
  • You will be expected to develop surveys for clients on service received as well as be responsible for strategy input for the division.
  • Maximize any chance of repeat business by meeting with clients, keeping in regular contact, and upselling wherever possible.
  • Attend client meetings individually and with colleagues to ensure Chain Reaction is recognized for thought leadership, professional excellence, and innovation above and beyond our competitors.
  • Ensure all client information is correctly processed for new clients: ensure the client is in receipt of all collateral and understands Chain Reaction’s approach and what service options are available to the client moving forward.
  • Assist the Accounts Director daily to ensure the success of the department's responsibilities and in any other assigned tasks that may not be mentioned in this job description about the agency's

Skills required:

  • BA degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Mass Communication, etc...)
  • 5-7 years of agency experience
