Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ultra-luxury real estate market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence
- Represent AHS Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
- Lead training and onboarding programs for new sales team members
- Design and deliver ongoing development workshops to enhance team performance
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence
