Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ultra-luxury real estate market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agencies, and industry stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence
  • Represent AHS Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
  • Lead training and onboarding programs for new sales team members
  • Design and deliver ongoing development workshops to enhance team performance
