We are in search of a proficient Business Analyst with in-depth eKYC functional expertise and substantial experience within the banking sector to become a vital part of our team. The ideal applicant should showcase a robust background in the GCC region along with exceptional Arabic language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, evaluate, and document business requirements regarding eKYC procedures and associated banking operations.
  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT departments to facilitate effective communication of requirements.
  • Promote process enhancements while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in the GCC area.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and review sessions to confirm functional requirements.
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
  • Aid in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the execution of proposed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Essential: Extensive functional knowledge of eKYC procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in the banking domain within the GCC region.
  • Fluency in Arabic (both written and oral).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Awareness of regulatory standards pertaining to KYC and AML.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking and eKYC functions in the GCC region.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms and onboarding solutions.
  • Understanding of AML regulations and compliance standards.
