An established financial institution is on the lookout for an adept Project Manager with extensive eKYC expertise to spearhead projects within the banking sector throughout the GCC region. The suitable candidate will possess a proven track record in managing extensive banking initiatives, ensuring project execution, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee comprehensive project delivery for eKYC implementations within the banking industry.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, encompassing business, IT, compliance, and operational sectors.
  • Guarantee timely project completion within defined scopes and budgets.
  • Formulate project plans, monitor advancements, and address potential risks and challenges.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the GCC region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide specialized knowledge in eKYC procedures, relevant regulations, and system implementations.
  • Compile and deliver project progress reports to executive management.
  • Maintain compliance with banking standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Over 10 years in project management with substantial exposure to eKYC practices.
  • Functional Knowledge: Profound understanding of eKYC operations, banking procedures, and regulatory mandates.
  • Domain: Banking / Financial Services expertise is essential.
  • Region: Proven experience in the GCC market is necessary.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
    • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall).
    • Capability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or Prince2 certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with digital banking, fintech innovations, and KYC/KYB tools is a plus.

    • Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:
