Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for treasury initiatives (liquidity, funding, IRRBB, capital).
- Lead the implementation and upgrade of Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Ensure projects comply with banking regulations (e.g., Basel III/IV).
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and track progress.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Treasury, IT, Risk, and Finance.
- Facilitate change management, testing, and training for successful adoption.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Treasury or Risk projects in a bank.
- Strong knowledge of treasury processes and banking regulations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with TMS platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso) is a plus.
