Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Conveyancing to handle and support the legal transfer and registration of property ownership for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, title verification, coordination with external authorities, and ensure legal compliance in all conveyancing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents such as:
- Agreements for Sale
- Sale Deeds
- Lease Deeds
- Conveyance Deeds
- Power of Attorney
- Allotment and Possession Letters
- Conduct property title verification and coordinate with legal counsel for due diligence.
- Support the registration process of documents with sub-registrar offices or government bodies.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, stamp duty laws, registration requirements, and other relevant legal regulations.
- Coordinate with customers for execution and registration of property documents.
- Liaise with government departments for property registration, mutation, or approvals.
- Maintain proper records of all legal and registration documents.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, CRM, Projects) for document execution and registration timelines.
- Support litigation or dispute resolution processes related to property conveyancing, if required.
