Sealy Mattress Middle East is looking for a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team based in Jeddah. As a key player in our logistics and supply chain management, you will oversee all warehouse activities to ensure the safe and efficient storage, handling, and distribution of our high-quality mattress products. Your expertise in inventory management and warehouse operations will be critical to meeting our customers' needs and maintaining our reputation for timely delivery and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock tracking processes.
- Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory management.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to optimize loading and delivery processes.
- Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance efficiency and productivity.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- 25 to 40 years old.
- Indian national.
