Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking an experienced Purchasing Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. As a leading manufacturer of high-quality mattresses in the MENA region, we rely on an efficient supply chain to maintain our standards of excellence. The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for managing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that all materials are sourced effectively and delivered on time. Your strategic approach to sourcing and procurement will play a vital role in supporting our production goals and overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the purchasing process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and assess stock needs to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Monitor and report on purchasing activities and supplier performance regularly.
- Lead and develop a team of purchasing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of supplier management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- 25 to 40 years old.
- Saudi national.
