- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Big Data technologies and best practices.
- Develop and implement customized Big Data manpower solutions to meet specific project and organizational requirements.
- Conduct recruitment, screening, and placement of Big Data engineers, data analysts, and BI specialists to ensure quality staffing.
- Create and manage training programs that keep pace with Big Data advancements and industry standards.
- Provide effective Big Data workforce solutions tailored to organizational needs for optimal project success.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Big Data staffing, resource management, and training.
- Familiarity with Big Data ecosystems, ML, Data Modeling, ETL, Python, AI Integration, Gen AI, Agentic AI, OSINT, GEOINT.
- Excellent talent acquisition and training program management skills.
