  • Implement training initiatives aimed at enhancing teams' proficiency in advanced AI skills and up-and-coming technologies.<\/li>
  • Provide comprehensive AI project staffing solutions, ensuring optimal talent alignment with project objectives and schedules.<\/li> <\/ul>

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI staffing, talent management, training, and project-based manpower solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI technical domains: ML, NLP, Deep Learning, RPA, Computer Vision, Gen AI, Agentic AI, OSINT, GEOINT.
  • Strong communication, talent assessment, and training delivery skills.
