Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing features that appeal to potential buyers and renters.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values, providing clients with accurate and knowledgeable advice.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various platforms.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with sellers and buyers to ensure client satisfaction and secure the best deals.
- Establish and maintain a network of clients through professional relationships and referrals.
- Work towards achieving individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the agency.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the UAE market.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and online property platforms.
- A relevant real estate license or certification is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is essential.
