Your Role: As a Marketing Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving client success by managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, digital ads, banners, and app push notifications. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to maximize event visibility and sales performance, while ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with overall promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build strong client relationships, understand their goals, and provide proactive recommendations to optimize campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, CTRs, conversions, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, data-driven reports to both clients and internal teams, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with a diverse team to achieve business objectives and maintain service excellence.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management or digital marketing, preferably in an agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency in Asana, Hubspot and Canva.
  • Previous experience in events and entertainment.
