We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring processes at a prominent Food Services Company. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting within the restaurant or retail sectors, and possess a solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and Kafala transfer procedures. You will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering strong communication across our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Advise management on best practices in employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferable within the restaurant or retail industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and Kafala transfer procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
