  • Audit Planning .
  • Coordination with client for audit schedule dates for all Audits - KSA .
  • Vendor registration when required on - PR/PO .
  • Follow-ups for Outstanding Payment .
  • General office support .
  • Travels, bookings, and getting required approvals.
  • Printings, packaging & dispatching certificates to customer.
  • Logistics (Arrangement of Travel Documents) .
  • VISA .
  • Flight Ticket .
  • Travel Insurance .
  • Hotel Booking .
  • Airport & Local Transportation .
  • Travel Restrictions and other related procedures .
  • Purchase Requisition Requests.
  • Feasibility Report for 70k plus amount of job .
  • Double Checking of Reimbursement Forms of Auditors (Including Receipts) .
  • Processing of Technical Expert & External invoices (Feasibility Report & Expense Approval) .
