- Audit Planning .
- Coordination with client for audit schedule dates for all Audits - KSA .
- Vendor registration when required on - PR/PO .
- Follow-ups for Outstanding Payment .
- General office support .
- Travels, bookings, and getting required approvals.
- Printings, packaging & dispatching certificates to customer.
- Logistics (Arrangement of Travel Documents) .
- VISA .
- Flight Ticket .
- Travel Insurance .
- Hotel Booking .
- Airport & Local Transportation .
- Travel Restrictions and other related procedures .
- Purchase Requisition Requests.
- Feasibility Report for 70k plus amount of job .
- Double Checking of Reimbursement Forms of Auditors (Including Receipts) .
- Processing of Technical Expert & External invoices (Feasibility Report & Expense Approval) .
