Customer Support Associate (JVC Branch)

Driven Properties is looking for a Customer Support Associate to be the welcoming face of our JVC branch. This role is ideal for someone who is client-focused, highly organized, and able to manage a variety of front desk and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced real estate environment.

The Customer Support Associate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-first approach while supporting our Sales and Leasing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Reception

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, directing them to the right department or property consultant.
  • Provide accurate property details and company information when required.

Client Support & Lead Handling

  • Assist clients with general inquiries about property listings, tenancy processes, and company services.
  • Capture basic client details (requirements, budget, preferences) and connect them with the appropriate consultant.
  • Maintain accurate records of walk-in leads and calls in the CRM system.

Administrative Support

  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle basic document processing (service requests, tenancy paperwork, updates).
  • Support the branch with filing, reporting, and day-to-day office coordination.

Customer Experience & Service Quality

  • Ensure every client interaction delivers a smooth and positive experience.
  • Escalate issues or complaints to the Customer Care Manager when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Promote Driven Properties’ services by maintaining a helpful and professional presence at the reception desk.

Compliance & Professionalism

  • Handle client information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ensure all client communications align with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Represent Driven Properties with high ethical standards at all times.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to qualify leads and engage effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and provide support to other branches when required. ( Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM, Saturday 12PM to 4PM with 1 day off)
