We are currently looking for a Manager to join our Advisory team, who is going to be responsible for full client development journey, shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation, managing teams while contributing to building TAM future practices and offering.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

• Build strong and long term relations with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues
• Shape client’s agenda through understanding key pains and propose discussion points with TAM leadership
• Take the full ownership of multiple projects concurrently
• Structure the full scope of the project and defines the project’s specific approach, framework, and methodologies
• Manage the full project plan, deliverables, resources and budget throughout the project lifecycle
• Actively manage the client relationship during the project to ensure high client satisfaction
• Drive business insight, conclusions and solid recommendations to address client’s issues
• Lead the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery
• Manage and develops team members according to career plans by providing insight and coaching
• Own client communications & relationship
