As the Organization Development Lead, you will be instrumental in enhancing organizational effectiveness through talent development, change management, and strategic initiatives designed to strengthen our culture.
In this role, you will partner with leadership across the organization to identify improvement opportunities and design initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies for organizational development that support Sumerge's vision and business goals.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and practices.
- Design and conduct training and development programs tailored to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Utilize assessments and feedback to identify organizational strengths and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and team-building activities to foster collaboration and alignment among teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development interventions and adjust strategies as necessary.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development and change management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing a team.
- Advanced knowledge of organizational development theories, practices, and tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess organizational needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work collaboratively across levels.
