Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and assistance throughout the buying and renting processes.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients to address inquiries and promote properties effectively.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, competitive listings, and current trends.
- Prepare and present market analysis reports to help clients make informed decisions.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients while meeting sales targets.
- Generate leads through marketing activities, networking, and referrals.
- Utilize various property platforms to market listings and maximize exposure.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- 3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of property types, market trends, and the buying/selling process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with real estate platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and CRM systems.
- Dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving success in real estate.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
