Plan, execute and deliver IT projects as per Council’s requirements and internal processes and procedures within agreed limits of scope, time, and costs, while meeting the desired quality standards and business objectives.

• Execute IT Projects per the Council’s project management methodology.

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Identify project risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

• Produce and manage project documentation, reporting and minutes of meeting.

• Lead project teams and facilitate collaboration and communication among team members.

• Carry out activities related to projects’ procurement, in particular RFP, RFQ, Agreements, Budget Management, Annual Maintenance and Renewals.

• Collaborate with other Project Managers to identify scope, resources and time conflicts across all projects and report to Management along with possible remediations.

• Effectively use appropriate tools for managing projects, people, and tasks.

متطلبات الوظيفة

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (mandatory).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (mandatory).

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification or equivalent (mandatory).

• 10+ years’ IT Project Management experience in Financial Services, with Investment Management experience preferred.

• 10+ years’ experience in IT Project Management using Waterfall methodologies.

• 3+ years’ experience in IT Project Management using Agile, Scrum methodologies.

• Experience leading complex projects, managing budgets and timelines, and working with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
