Key Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end implementation of QMS software solutions.
· Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of QMS software to meet business requirements.
· Align QMS processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
· Collaborate with Compliance, IT Governance, and ITSM teams to ensure adherence to standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI, TMMI).
· Develop project roadmaps, monitor milestones, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
· Develop and monitor QMS dashboards, integrating key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics.
· Support organizational change management during QMS software adoption and train teams on tools and processes.
· Manage relationships with QMS software vendors and ensure vendor accountability and SLA adherence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
· Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementing and managing QMS software or enterprise solutions.
· Experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or digital transformation projects.
· Hands-on experience with QMS tools (e.g., MasterControl, ETQ, or similar).
· Experience with CMMI/TMMI frameworks, ISO standards, or ITIL practices.
· QMS Auditor ISO9001
· Have worked in Insurance filed
Technical Skills
· Strong knowledge of QMS platforms, data analytics tools, and dashboard development.
· Familiarity with JIRA, Power BI and database integration.
· Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, Agile, and Waterfall models.
· Strong knowledge in developing Policy, Framework, and Process manuals using BPMN 2.0.
· Proven ability to implement workshops and facilitate team training sessions.
Leadership Skills
· Excellent project management skills, with experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage in senior leadership.
Preferred Certifications
· CMMI Associate/Professional certification.
· PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
· ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
· ITILv4 Foundation Certification.
