Warehouse Supervisor

AlBorg Diagnostics is on the lookout for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of medical supplies and equipment. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless supply chain operations in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations in receiving, storing, and distributing products.
• Manage inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating stock replenishments.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Implement safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a compliant and secure working environment.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain effectiveness.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory movements and prepare reports for management.
• Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues with suppliers and internal departments.
