JOB SUMMARY
The Guide serves as a vital Guest Experience Ambassador, responsible for welcoming, assisting, and guiding guests and residents both on foot and in vehicles. Acting as the frontline representative of organization, the Guide delivers exceptional service, responds promptly to incidents, and staffs the WRS Help Centers to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable guest experience. This role supports the core values of Guest Experience, Dignity, Safety, Respect, and Authenticity.
