Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be at the heart of our growth strategy in the GCC market. Your role will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle remotely, and building strong relationships with decision-makers to drive adoption of our SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver a smooth, value-driven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify, research, and engage potential customers in the GCC market through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.

2. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

  • Conduct virtual product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our SaaS offerings, highlighting ROI and business impact.
  • Customize sales pitches based on industry, business size, and client pain points.

3. Pipeline & Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage the full sales process from lead qualification to contract closing.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Market & Customer Insights

  • Stay informed on GCC market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer needs, product performance, and feature requests.

5. Relationship Building

  • Develop trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding and retention process.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales and solution selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling into GCC markets with knowledge of local business culture and decision-making processes.
  • Background in selling solutions for industries like finance, logistics, healthcare, or retail.
  • Understanding of subscription-based revenue models and SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV).
