We are looking for an experienced RFPs Expert to join our dynamic team. The RFPs Expert will play a critical role in developing and managing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensuring that our offerings are competitive and aligned with customer needs. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for RFP responses.
- Develop comprehensive and compelling proposal documents that meet the requirements set forth in RFPs.
- Perform thorough reviews of RFP documentation to understand customer needs and align offerings accordingly.
- Maintain a database of past proposals, win/loss rates, and track RFP progress.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate and contain relevant information.
- Facilitate proposal presentations and assist in post-submission activities.
- Research and analyze the competitive landscape to enhance positioning.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on best practices for RFP responses.

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
- background is system engineer
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and managing RFPs, preferably in the IT sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills to assess RFPs and determine technical and commercial viability.
