As a Strategy Lead, you will drive strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate mylo’s growth and operational efficiency. You will combine analytical rigor with strong program management to implement initiatives that unlock value for consumers, merchants, and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Execution
    • Lead the creation and implementation of key strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
    • Translate high-level goals into actionable plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
    • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
    • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and fintech innovations to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Strategic Analytics & Insights
    • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of business challenges and develop structured, data-driven solutions.
    • Synthesize complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Program & Project Management
    • Own the implementation of critical strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Identify roadblocks and proactively manage risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Align stakeholders across Growth, Risk, Product, Operations, and Finance to drive seamless strategy execution.
    • Facilitate effective communication and accountability between squads.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Develop and manage KPIs, milestone tracking, and dashboards to monitor progress and impact.
    • Deliver regular reporting to leadership with actionable insights.
  • Process Optimization
    • Review and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, strategic analysis, program management, or operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies in fast-paced environments; fintech or startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
