We are seeking highly skilled Software Test Engineer, the ideal candidate will have a strong Banking software testing background mainly for T24 and Business Internet Banking. The candidate will assist in testing software applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
This role involves working closely with development, Project Managers, Product Owners and SIT/UAT Manager to ensure the highest software quality and performance.
Description
- Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases for banking applications, focusing on banking products related to T24 and business Internet Banking Application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications. Review system requirements and specifications to ensure proper test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
- Collaborate with developers to improve software quality and resolve issues.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best testing practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer in the banking sector.
- Experience in T24 Core Banking System is Must
- Strong knowledge of banking domain Business Internet Banking and core banking application - Mainly T24.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certification in software testing is a plus (e.g., ISTQB)
- 4+ years of experience in software testing in the banking sector.
- Strong experience in Manual Testing (Functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing).
Design and Implementing test strategies, test plans and test cases. - Improving test processes, defect tracking and reporting using tools like TFS (Team Foundation Sever)
Strong understanding of logs and error tracking system. - Excellent knowledge of Software development life cycle.
- Worked in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with developers and product teams is a plus.
- Root Cause Analysis - Debugging logs, tracking errors.
- Risk bases testing - Prioritizing critical test scenarios.
- Critical Thinking - Identifying potential software issue before they occur.
- Capable of performing tasks in dynamic/changing environment under stress.
- Test Reporting & Documentation - writing clear, detailed test reports.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
