At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are transforming the entertainment and leisure landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager - Delivery to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our organizational goals. You will lead a team of professionals dedicated to managing and executing various projects while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve successful outcomes.
- Lead and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective delivery strategies that align with Qiddiya’s vision and objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures to enhance project delivery practices.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project delivery or management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and implement solutions.
- Experience in the entertainment, tourism, or construction sectors is a plus.
