Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and enhance project value.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate commercial objectives throughout all project phases from conception to delivery.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, clients, and partners to secure beneficial terms and mitigate risks.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, including budgets and forecasts, ensuring project objectives are met and exceeded.
- Mentor and manage a team of commercial professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Prepare reports for senior management that outline commercial performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to support project success and align interests.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements, applying insights to enhance commercial approaches.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, construction, or large-scale projects sectors.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing successful commercial strategies and managing project budgets.
- Excellent financial analysis and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in project management tools and commercial analysis software.
