As part of our ongoing recruitment process, we are building a CV pool for future opportunities in the Retail Development and Merchandise department at Six Flags Qiddiya City.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retail merchandising strategies
- Research market trends and identify new product opportunities
- Manage product development and sourcing processes
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Plan and allocate merchandise assortments
- Oversee inventory management and forecasting
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics
- Create and implement pricing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and promotions
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail development and merchandise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
