About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and data-driven Outbound Growth Specialist to fuel our expansion in the GCC region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound strategy, knows the nuances of tech and SaaS, and can break into new markets through smart prospecting, compelling messaging, and creative lead generation tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Execute Outbound Campaigns: Own the full outbound motion—from ICP definition to first contact, follow-up, and qualification.
- Market Research & Segmentation: Analyze the GCC tech ecosystem to identify new business opportunities and strategic segments.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Leverage tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and custom email sequences to generate and nurture leads.
- Outbound Messaging: Craft tailored messaging across email, LinkedIn, and phone to spark interest with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Ops leaders, etc.)
- Performance-Driven Outreach: A/B test messaging and channels to maximize conversion rates and book high-quality meetings.
- Pipeline Ownership: Own your own KPIs—from outreach volume and response rate to meetings booked and SQLs generated.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to align outbound efforts with our broader GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs in the GCC.
