· Identify and approach corporate clients seeking to purchase or lease commercial and administrative units within the company’s projects.
· Conduct direct meetings with decision-makers (e.g. procurement managers, business owners, investors) to present tailored real estate solutions.
· Prepare customized presentations and competitive pricing proposals based on each client’s specific requirements.
· Negotiate and finalize high-value agreements in alignment with company profit goals and policies.
· Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
· Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Project Management) to ensure smooth execution of agreements.
· Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
· Monitor market trends in the commercial and administrative real estate sectors and analyze competition to identify new opportunities.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to corporate deals.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports including forecasts, client status, and active projects.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
· 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B direct sales, preferably in commercial and administrative real estate.
· Demonstrated success in closing major deals or managing key corporate accounts.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· In-depth understanding of the commercial property market and corporate client needs.
· Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships at executive level.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
· Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
