Senior Manager - Sport Medicine

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Manager - Sport Medicine to lead our medical team in providing comprehensive healthcare to our athletes and participants. This position will play a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of sports medicine programs, ensuring the well-being and peak performance of all athletes involved in our sporting events and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the necessary strategies (clinical and non-clinical) for sports medicine assets,operator outreach, procurement, feasibility studies and business plans, etc., while ensuring alignment with Qiddiya healthcare strategic objectives.
• Develop clinical strategies, requirements and guidelines for sports medicine operations including clinical pathways, model of care principles, quality assurance protocols and standards for service provision
• Develop with City Development department/team on asset development, incl. asset ownership model, implementation schedule, facility planning and technical development brief, etc.
• Support with on asset financing , including asset investment strategy, investor & operator agreement/deal, etc.
• Managed with Qiddiya sports and Esports and relevant district to understand specific healthcare requirements & expectations, and tailor asse strategies as needed with aliment with Integrated healthcare networks in all Qiddiya networks
• Incubate and oversee interim sports medicine team and identify staffing needs to launch interim sports medicine services e.g., SM physicians, PTs
