Responsibilities
- Experienced in Selling offplan and dealing secondary Real estate units.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends and competitive properties.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Negotiate offers and finalize transactions while ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to successfully promote properties through various channels.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall company objectives.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- RERA registered is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, particularly in the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of property valuation, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
