This position involves engaging with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, while translating them into actionable plans for our IT development teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop documentation including business cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Work closely with IT development teams to ensure smooth implementation of software solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on new systems functionalities.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate solutions against requirements.
- Keep current with industry trends and technologies to enhance business practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis processes and systems.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills paired with problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
