Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to comprehend their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Facilitate property viewings and develop compelling presentations to help clients make informed decisions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and strategies to enhance sales.
- Negotiate contracts and transactions while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Work closely with marketing teams to effectively promote properties.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- RERA registration is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
- Extensive knowledge of property sales, market trends, and customer service principles.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM platforms.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
