Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce a vacancy for a Senior Manager - Development - Mixed-use. This role is integral to our vision of transforming Saudi Arabia's entertainment landscape by leading the development of innovative mixed-use projects that seamlessly blend residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of mixed-use developments, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
- Manage project lifecycle from site selection and feasibility studies to design, construction, and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, urban planners, and contractors to ensure cohesive development.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, mitigating risks and managing resources effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform project positioning and development strategies.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, community organizations, and investors, to ensure project success.
- Regularly report on progress to senior leadership, addressing challenges and proposing solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Promote sustainability and innovation in mixed-use projects, enhancing community value and environmental integrity.

- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of extensive experience in mixed-use development projects, with a strong understanding of the planning and construction process.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex mixed-use projects from concept to completion.
- Proficient in financial analysis, market research, and the development of project budgets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a multi-disciplinary team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Deep knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and development best practices.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, with an emphasis on effective reporting and tracking.
