Project Mechanical Engineer
At CLEAR, we are seeking a skilled Project Mechanical Engineer to be part of our innovative engineering team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical engineering solutions across various projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant engineering projects while working within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze mechanical systems, components, and equipment for a diverse range of projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations for mechanical systems.
- Develop detailed engineering reports, specifications, and design calculations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, structural, and civil engineering professionals.
- Ensure that all designs comply with local and international engineering codes and standards.
- Oversee the procurement process for mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring that specifications are met.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess project status, ensure quality control, and resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and interns in mechanical engineering practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in the mechanical engineering field.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and thermodynamics principles.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) applications.
- Experience in construction and on-site project management is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficient design practices.
