Act as a key technical advisor and advocate for clients, guiding them through the software presales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer requirements and demonstrate how our software solutions can meet their business needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing the software's features, capabilities, and benefits.
Develop tailored proposals, RFP responses, and client documentation that highlight solution alignment with customer objectives.
Conduct product training sessions and workshops for customers and internal sales teams to enhance understanding and selling capabilities.
Gather and relay feedback from customers to product management and development teams to inform product enhancements and roadmaps.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in technology to effectively position our offerings.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and foster trust throughout the sales cycle.
Participate in trade shows and industry events as an expert representative, promoting the company’s software solutions.
Assist in technical evaluations and proof-of-concept trials to facilitate client decision-making.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or similar roles in the software industry.
Strong technical knowledge of software applications, platforms, and integration processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proven track record of successful presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences.
Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
Experience collaborating with sales teams and participating in the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed.
