  • Act as a key technical advisor and advocate for clients, guiding them through the software presales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer requirements and demonstrate how our software solutions can meet their business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing the software's features, capabilities, and benefits.
  • Develop tailored proposals, RFP responses, and client documentation that highlight solution alignment with customer objectives.
  • Conduct product training sessions and workshops for customers and internal sales teams to enhance understanding and selling capabilities.
  • Gather and relay feedback from customers to product management and development teams to inform product enhancements and roadmaps.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in technology to effectively position our offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and foster trust throughout the sales cycle.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events as an expert representative, promoting the company’s software solutions.
  • Assist in technical evaluations and proof-of-concept trials to facilitate client decision-making.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or similar roles in the software industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software applications, platforms, and integration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven track record of successful presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and participating in the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed.
