In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing effective governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks and policies.
- Ensure adherence to legal and fiscal regulations as well as internal governance standards.
- Oversee governance training and promote awareness across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of governance processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and innovation in governance practices.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and present findings on governance performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Governance, Project Management, or a related field.
Years of Experience: 4-6 years of experience.
