Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the residential and commercial property sectors.
- Conduct property viewings and develop persuasive listing presentations to showcase available properties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing guidance and support throughout the buying or leasing process.
- Negotiate sales contracts, leases, and agreements accurately and professionally.
- Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and closings to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through online platforms and social media.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience at every step of the process.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5 + years of proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Strong networking abilities and experience building relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a dynamic and driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license is essential.
