The Role

As a Brand Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our client’s marketing success by leading the execution of impactful campaigns and overseeing key projects. Serving as the central hub for these initiatives, you will ensure seamless coordination across teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

Corporate and Project Management

In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, develop and implement innovative, comprehensive, and relevant marketing plans for our client.

This Includes

  • Market research
  • Positioning and brand development
  • Advertising and promotion
  • Event management, including activations and launches
  • Communications, public relations, community consultation, and the sales release schedule
  • Supplier management and production execution

Additionally, You Will Be Asked To

  • Develop a marketing and communications strategy
  • Supervise and implement tactical marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of the marketing budget to ensure central visibility of all marketing spend, both committed and planned, for the financial year
  • Liaise constantly with the sales team (when relevant) to ensure they are provided with all the necessary sales and promotional information
  • Collate, monitor, and assess data on a weekly and monthly basis, including sales, traffic, and website reports
  • Ensure up-to-date competitor information and market trends are communicated to the team regularly
  • Review and address the brand’s onsite and online presence on a weekly basis
  • Draft reports for campaigns, events, and other projects
  • Propose, manage, and support initiatives to generate leads with prospective clients and develop business from the existing client base
  • Seek ways to improve value for money with existing suppliers by managing contracts and relationships for maximum gain
  • Supervise PR, communications, and digital marketing efforts

People Management

Understand the needs of all internal stakeholders by attending regular meetings and maintaining records of these meetings as required. Work with external consultants, including advertising and public relations agencies.

Knowledge

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • A sound knowledge of key marketing principles and the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Project and/or brand marketing experience in the property industry would be highly valued

Experience And Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent command of both the Arabic and English language
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or other relevant degree
  • 3-5 years of experience
