Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Producer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity to combine creative storytelling with strategic employer branding. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation especially video and photo production and wants to play an active role in shaping how we attract and inspire potential candidates to join Driven Properties.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, highly creative, organized, and ready to take ownership of content projects from idea to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit engaging content (video and photo) highlighting company culture, employee experiences, and hiring initiatives.
• Produce content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Creative Strategy:

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to brainstorm and pitch content ideas that drive job applications and boost employer branding.
• Identify trends and adapt content to what’s relevant and appealing to job seekers in the UAE market.

Project Management:

• Develop and maintain a content calendar and production timeline for TA campaigns.
• Manage production pipeline—from pre-production planning to post-production editing and delivery 

Collaboration:

• Liaise with recruiters and new joiners to feature stories and experiences.
• Coordinate with the marketing and social media teams to align on branding and posting schedules.
