Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for residential and commercial properties.
- Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and sales goals.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Organize and manage promotional events, open houses, and property launches to maximize visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and local community organizations.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling marketing materials.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and practices is advantageous.
