Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage the budgeting process, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Provide strategic financial advice to management to support effective decision-making.
- Perform accurate financial analysis and reporting to support organizational goals.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial operations.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA certifications are a plus).
- 4+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within fintech, digital banking, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Solid understanding of local tax regulations and financial compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and financial software systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective reporting and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
