Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a solid professional background in Cybersecurity to join our Demand and Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing IT initiatives including cybersecurity initiatives, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, align business and technical goals, and ensure secure, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize cybersecurity demands, translating them into actionable project plans.
· Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources using Agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
· Coordinate with security architects, engineers, compliance teams, and external vendors to ensure secure solution delivery.
· Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and governance bodies.
· Ensure all projects comply with internal cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
· Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and cybersecurity posture.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (mandatory).
· 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on cybersecurity.
· Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), risk management, and secure SDLC.
· Experience managing security-related projects such as identity and access management (IAM), threat detection, incident response, and compliance.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
