Asico Real Estate is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Head of Brokerage to lead and scale our off-plan and secondary sales division. We're looking for a strategic thinker with an exceptional track record in the UAE property market — someone who can drive performance, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver consistent growth. This is a pivotal leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of our brokerage division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and expand a team of high-performing real estate consultants in both off-plan and secondary markets.
  • Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Mentor, train, and support team members to improve closing ratios and overall efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and leverage insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and client engagement to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand goals and market dynamics.
  • Regularly report on KPIs, team performance, and sales forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and internal policies.

  • 5+ years of proven success in a senior sales leadership role within Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Strong background in managing both off-plan and secondary sales teams.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
